You can order directly from our site www.justfabkitchen.co.uk, Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:30 am - 2 pm. You may place a scheduled order at ANY time for delivery during our opening times of Monday to  Saturday 8:30am - 2pm.

Depending on the size of your order, all orders placed via www.justfabkitchen.co.uk are ready for collection/delivery within 15 -30 minutes. Full tracking information for your order is provided to you- we just need your mobile number so we can send you the live tracking link.

Our estimated delivery times for direct delivery are stated during the order process. Please note, these times MAY be extended if there are road works/closures.

During the order process, please provide accurate directions on how to find your address. Please keep your phone with you as the courier may need to contact you. Couriers will ask you to open your door and take a picture as confirmation of delivery. In the event the courier is at the stated delivery address but there is no response, the courier will try to contact you for 5 minutes. If they cannot reach you by this time, your order will be returned to base and we will be unable to refund you.

Our couriers are there to provide a service. Any abuse of our couriers will result in our inability to deliver to your address in the future.
