Now lets talk about the Gluten free pancake stack, which is also Vegan Pancake stack. In my best Britney Spears voice "Oops I did it again to your taste buds, got lost in the flavours baby". 'Wanted to treat myself to a nice at home pancake Friday after a long week and my god did Just Fab deliver. I don't think I've ever had such a huge portion of tasty, well baked vegan pancakes for such a great price. The texture is just like a milk and eggs pancake - not mushy or chewy like many other vegan alternatives I've tried. The hint of cinnamon (and nutmeg I believe) works really well, bringing out a subtle and refreshing flavour to break through the sweetness of the syrup and fruits. On that note, yes the stack of pancakes comes with two little syrup pots which are more than enough and a decently sized tub of fresh strawberries and blueberries for you to decorate with as you wish.' This order will last me well to dinner and I'll definitely be getting Just Fab's pancakes again.
Both dishes are served with Maple syrup topped with fruit. This tasty dish is delivered with fruit & syrup in separate containers. Any options will be atop the pancakes or in a separate container because our pancake stack is high!
